摘　　要：文章针对本科毕业设计(论文)教学近年来出现的问题,结合高等教育自身的特点和规律,对现状进行了客观地调查、分析和研究,对本科毕业设计(论文)教学进行了重新认识,将国际先进企业为确保生产高质量产品所采用的过程控制手段,有效地运用于本科生毕业设计(论文)管理工作中,通过学校本科教学的几轮实践中的不断完善,不仅解决了之前所出现的问题,而且提高了本科生毕业设计(论文)的质量,并在天津市普通高等院校中得到了推广。This article is aimed at the problems in the teaching of the undergraduates＇ graduation projects or theses in recent years. Based on the characteristics and laws of higher education,the authors investigated and analyzed the situation objectively;and then introduced the process control approach of some advanced international enterprises to guarantee the quality of their products into the management of the undergraduates＇ graduation projects or thesis. Through years＇ of practice in the teaching of undergraduates,the previous problems have been solved and the quality of the undergraduates＇ graduation projects or thesis has been improved. Meanwhile,some useful experience has been shared with quite a number of universities in Tianjin.
