摘  要:①目的观察抑郁症模型大鼠海马神经元的形态结构改变,探讨抑郁症海马体积异常的机制。②方法选用雄性成年SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组和模型组,通过给予不可预见慢性温和应激建立抑郁症模型;糖水偏好实验、高架十字迷宫实验和Morris水迷宫实验进行行为学检测,尼氏染色和透射电镜技术观察神经元形态结构改变。③结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠相对糖水消耗量、糖水偏好百分比、开臂内停留时间百分比和进入开臂次数百分比降低(P<0.05),平均逃避潜伏期增高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,模型组海马神经元体积萎缩,数量减少,超微结构也发生改变。④结论抑郁症大鼠海马神经元存在明显结构改变,可能与海马体积异常有关。Objective To observe neurons structural changes in hippocampal neurons of depression model rats, and explore mechanisms of hippocampal volume unnormal of depress. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and mod el group. The depression animal model was produced by giving the rats chronic unpredicted mild stress (CUMS). The behavior change was examined using sucrose preference test, elevated plus maze test and Morris water maze test. The stractural changes of hip pocampal neurons were observed by Nissl and transmission electron microscopy. Results Compared to control group, the consump tion of sucrose was lower( P 〈 0.05 ) , the percentage of the number of entry into open arms and percentage of time spent were signifi candy decreased( P 〈 0.05 ), and a striking increase of the latency was observed( P 〈 0.05 ) ;Compared to control group, the neuro nal body was smaller, and the number of neurons was decreased. Conclusion Structural change was observed obviously in hipp- ocampal neurons of depression model rats, which may be duced to the hippocampal volume abnormal of depression.
