钢丝绳隔振器减振性能分析与试验验证

摘　　要：对钢丝绳隔振器进行静、动态试验，研究钢丝绳隔振器非线性特性；并通过钢丝绳隔振器的道路随机输入试验，对试验信号进行采集、分析和对比。结果表明，将钢丝绳隔振器用于道路运输，减振效果良好。委托中国包装科研测试中心对装有钢丝绳隔振器的隔振箱样品进行振动测试，表明该隔振箱的减振性能优良，振动传递率较低。In this paper,the non- linear characteristics of wire rope isolators were studied by the static and dynamic test. And through a road random input test to wire rope isolators used in materials box transportation vibration damping, the damping performances were analyzed by collecting, analyzing and contrasting the signals of the results, it revealed that the damping effect is good. By commissioning the China Packaging Research ＆ Test Center, performance test of the sample is done, Vibration - absorbed characteristics which shows that the damping performance is excellent and the vibration transmis- sion is low.
