小微企业会计继续教育投资创新问题研究

摘　　要：小微企业人才缺乏,特别是会计人员素质较低,基于小微企业的发展,会计人员继续教育已经成为一项迫切需要。文章分析了国内外会计人员继续教育的现状和形式,并提出小微企业会计人员继续教育的投资创新思路。要保障继续教育充足的经费,必须充分地调动政府、企业及个人各投资主体的投资积极性。Micro businesses lack the talent, especially the low quality of accounting personnel, then continual education of the accounting personnel becomes an urgent need. This paper analyzes situation and form of accounting personnel on continuing education in the domestic ＂and foreign, and puts forward investment innovation ideas about accounting personnel to continuing education in micro -businesses. It must fully mobilize investment enthusiasm on the government, enterprises and individual investors to ensure sufficient funds to the continual education.
