摘　　要：目的:评价柳氮磺吡啶片(SASP)用于直肠溃疡治疗的近期疗效和安全性。方法:选取203例直肠溃疡患者为研究对象,患者给予柳氮磺吡啶片1 g/次,3次/d治疗,4周为1个疗程。治疗后观察临床症状改善、总体疗效以及不良反应的发生率。结果:203例患者治疗后大便次数和大便症状明显改善,临床显效率为62.07%,总有效率为82.27%。共有34例(16.75%)发生了1次或1次以上的不良反应,但均较轻微。结论:柳氮磺吡啶片用于直肠溃疡患者的治疗,能显著改善患者的临床症状,有效率达82.27%,患者不良反应少且轻微,是比较安全和有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the term efficacy and salty of sulfasalazine tablets for treatment of rectal ulcer. Methods 203 cases of rectal ulcer patients admitted in our hospital were chosen as the study object. The patients were recived sulfasalazine tablets for 1 g / time,3 times / d,and 4 weeks for a course of treatment. The linical improvement,the overall efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after the treatment. Results The stool frequency and stool symptoms of the 203 patients all improved significantly. The clini- cal obvious effective rate was 62. 07% ,and the total effective rate was 82. 27%. There were 34 cases （16.75%） ocurred once or more than once adverse reactions,but the symptom were mild. Conclusion Using sulfasalazine tablets for rectal ulcer can significantly improvethe clinical symptom,and the effective rate is 82. 27%. The adverse reaction is mild and fewer,so it is a safe and effective method.
