摘  要:化学氧化法制备了负载氧化钛的可膨胀石墨(Graphite intercalation compounds loaded with titanium oxide,TGICs),考察了其热处理温度对所制得负载二氧化钛膨胀石墨TEG膨胀体积和对直接深蓝C-3R(Direct deep blue,DDB)脱色性能的影响.DDB脱色的热力学实验表明:TEG-900对DDB的脱色率随溶液离子强度的增加而增大,随DDB初始质量浓度的增加而降低;而TEG-900对DDB的吸附去除量和二氧化钛紫外光催化去除量均随DDB初始质量浓度的增加而增大;该脱色过程可以用Freundlich方程很好的拟合.脱色动力学实验表明:TEG-900在紫外光照射下对DDB的脱色过程可以用Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模型模拟.Graphite intercalation compounds loaded with titanium oxide (TGICs) were pre- pared by chemical oxidation method. Influence of expansion temperature on expanded volume of ex- panded graphite loaded with titanium dioxide (TEG) and its deeoloration performance for direct deep blue C-3R (DDB) was investigated. Results of thermodynamics experiments are: DDB decol- orization rate increases with the increase of solution ionic strength, but it decreases with the increase of the DDB concentration ; while, removal mass of DDB in TEG-900 adsorption and titanium dioxide photo catalysis in UV light are all increase with the increase of the DDB concentration; the thermo- dynamic experimental data can be well illuminated with Freundlich equation. Result of dynamic ex- periments is: decoloration of DDB on TEG-900 in UV light is accord well with Langmuir-Hinshel- wood kinetic model.
