巨细胞病毒对白血病骨髓基质细胞粘附能力的影响

摘  要:用流式细胞仪检测巨细胞病毒 (CMV)对急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)病儿骨髓基质细胞粘附分子ICAM— 1和VCAM— 1表达的影响。结果发现 :CMV可以感染ALL骨髓基质成纤维细胞 ,1 0 0 0TCID5 0 CMV对ALL基质细胞的形态无明显影响。CMV感染早期 ,ALL骨髓基质细胞ICAM— 1表达增高 ,CMV感染晚期 ,ALL骨髓基质细胞ICAM - 1表达降低。CMV对VCAM - 1的表达无明显影响。结果提示CMV对ALL骨髓基质细胞粘附分子ICAM - 1的表达有双向调节作用。The expression of adhesion molecules ICAM-1and VCAM-1on acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) bone marrow stromal cells infected by cytomegalovirus (CMV) was detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that CMV could infect ALLbone marrow stromal fibrlblasts, 1000TCID50 CMV could not destroy the ALL bone marrow stromal cells apparently. At the early stage of CMV infection, the expression of ICAM-1 on ALLbone marrow stromal cells increased, at the late stage of CMV infection, the expression of ICAM-1 on ALL bone marrow stromal cells decreased. The expression of VCAM-1 on ALL bone marrow stromal cells was not altered by CMV infection. In conclusion, CMV can regulate the expression of adhesion molecule ICAM-1 in two ways.
