高位无肛术后肛门失禁生物反馈训练──介绍一种简易便携式生物反馈训练器的治疗

摘  要:目的:了解生物反馈训练对高位无肛术后,大便失禁的患儿是一种有效的辅助治疗方法。方法:通过对16例先天性高位无肛术后,大便失禁的患儿,用两种生物反馈仪训练6周,12周后.分别在训练前和训练后作肛直场测压评估.结果:16例病人中11例临床评分有改善,占 68.7%,肛门直肠测压指标较前有进步.尤其是肛管最大收缩压与肛管最大收缩压持续时间有明显进步,两种生物反馈仪在客观指标肛门测压方面,无显著差别。结论:生物反馈训练对高位无肛术后,大便失禁患儿是一种有效的治疗方法。便携式的生物反馈仪.因体积小,价廉更适于家庭训练。Objective: To evaluate the effect of treatment by biofeedback training in children who had anorectal malformation with postoperative fecal incontionence. Methods: Biofeedback training was performed in 16 patients who had anorectal malformation with postoperative fecal incontio- nence by useing two types of training apparatus. Anorectal manometry evaluation was performed before training and 6~~12 weeks later. Results: Eleven patients out of 16 (68.7 % ) improved clinically and manometrically. The maximum anal contraction pressure and its duration showed significant improvement. However, there was no significent difference between two anorectal biofeedback training apparatus regarding objective anorectal manometry. Conclusion: Biofeedback training ln children who had anorectal malformation with postoperative fecal incontinence is that effective. The portable anorectal biofeedback apparatus is suitable for postoperative patients trained at home because of its small size and cheep price.
