喉癌中人乳头状瘤病毒感染的检测及其临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨喉鳞状细胞癌中人乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV1 6 ,1 8亚型 )感染情况及临床分析。方法 :用免疫组化的方法对 42例喉鳞癌组织中 HPV1 6 ,1 8亚型感染情况进行检测。 结果 :42例喉鳞癌组织中 HPV1 6 ,1 8亚型感染阳性率 6 4.2 9% (2 7/ 42 ) ,但HPV1 6 ,1 8感染与临床分期、癌细胞的分化程度、肿瘤的淋巴结转移和临床分型无关。 结论 :HPV1 6 ,1 8感染可能是人喉癌形成的触发因素 。Objective: To investigate the infection of human papilloma virus 16 and 18 (HPV 16,18 ) subtype in laryngeal squamous cell cancer, and study the relationship with clinical cases. Methods: Forty two specimens from laryngeal squamous cell cancer were assayed by using immunohistochemical method. Results and Conclusion: The positive rate of HPV 16,18 subtype infection in the 42 specimens is 64.29%(27/42). The infection of HPV 16,18 subtype has no relationship with malignant degree, clinical stage, clinical type and lymph metastasis. [
