摘 要:测定辉县山楂叶及其茶水中重金属的含量。采用微波消解-电感藕合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪测定辉县山楂叶及其茶水中cu、zn、Fe、Mn、Pb、Cd、Ni和cr8种元素的含量。结果表明,山楂叶及其茶水中Fe、Mn和zn含量非常丰富,其他元素含量较少;加标回收率在97.4%~104.6%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%。该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,可用于山楂叶的质量控制。To establish an method to determine Heavy Metals in Crataegi Leaves from Huixian and Their Infusions. Eight heavy metals such as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Pb,Cd,Ni and Cr in Crataegi Leaves collected from Huixian and their infusions were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry after microwave digestion. The contents of Fe, Mn and Zn were rich,but the amounts of other metals were low in Crataegi Leaves and their Infusions.The recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 97.4 % and 104.6 %, and the relative standard deviations were found below 3 %. The method is precise and reliable, which can be applied for the quality control of Crataegi Leaves.
