摘　　要：摘要图书馆人员素质与图书馆事业的发展密切相关。图书馆可隧通过多种途径提高图书馆员素质：采用竞争上岗的方法，为人才发展提供良好环境，实行资格任职制度，提倡自学、创新以加强人才使用，实行人才发展基金等促进图书馆馆员素质提高。参考文献5。There exists a close relationship between the quality of librarians and the development of library cause. Library can take a variety of ways to improve the quality of librarians ： utilizing the method of competition for posts, providing a suitable environment for talent development, applying qualification tenure system, advocating self -study and innovation to cultivate talents, ＇establishing talent development fund, etc. 5Refs.
