食管癌高发区玉米小麦中元素含量分析

摘　　要：对食管癌高发区磁县城区玉米 ,小麦中 7种元素含量进行了测定 ,结果小麦中的元素含量普遍比玉米中的高。Cu、Ca、Mn、Pb含量在统计学上有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;Zn、Fe、Mg含量在统计学上无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。By measuring the level of seven elements in wheat and corn from chixian county-a famous high incidence area of esophageal cancer,The authors found that wheat has generally a higher level of element than corn,with significant differencesfound in Cu,Ca,Mn,and Pb level,and non-significant diferences in Zn,Fe,and Mg level.The study provides clues to the investigatian of nutrition status in the area.
