摘　　要：为分析同型半胱氨酸与精神分裂症的关系,本研究通过分析近年来国内外的相关文献报道,对血清(血浆)同型半胱氨酸活性、同型半胱氨酸相关基因与精神分裂症的关系及母体同型半胱氨酸水平与子代发生精神分裂症的关系进行了综述。结果显示,精神分裂症患者血中高同型半胱氨酸血症的存在已被众多的研究所证实,但同型半胱氨酸升高的原因及其在精神分裂症发病机制中的作用及与精神分裂症病情及疗效等的关系尚不明确;关于妊娠母体高同型半胱氨酸血症与子代精神分裂症发病率增高之间的报道较少,有待于进一步的研究证实;同型半胱氨酸代谢异常相关基因与精神分裂症发病之间的关系亦存在不同的观点。因此对同型半胱氨酸与精神分裂症之间的关系需开展更深入的研究,以进一步阐明同型半胱氨酸在精神分裂症发病机制、预防、诊断、病情变化及治疗等方面的作用。To analyze the relationship between homocysteine and schizophrenia, this has article reviewed the research advancement on the association among the blood homocysteine levels, homoeysteine levels in pregnant mother, related gen of homoeysteine and schizophrenia by analyzing recent correlated literature report of internal and abroad. The re- sults shows that, the presence that schizophrenia patients have elevated homocysteine levels have been confirmed by many studies, but it is indefinite on the reason of homocysteine levels elevating, the role of homoeysteine in schizophrenia pathogenesy and the relationship between homoeystelne and patients＇symptom and curative effect; there were little study on the association between the elevated homocysteine levels in pregnant mother and schizophrenia risk and need further investigation to confirm; it was also indefinite that the association between homocysteine related gen and schizophrenia. It should be more penetrating investigation between homocysteine and schizophrenia to illumi- nate the role of hOmoeysteine in pathogenesy, precaution, diagnosis, clinical symptom and curative effect in schizophrenia, patients.
