摘　　要：健康管理标准化的建立是二十一世纪的流行趋势。但由于国内健康管理学科建设的起步晚、基础差,特别是在其标准化的认识和建设上,面临许多新情况、新问题,如不及时解决,则难以适应学科发展和大众日益增长的健康服务需求。因此,文中从分析健康管理学科服务的特点及其发展规律入手,对标准化在学科建设中的作用进行了探讨,提出了以标准化建设为支撑,促进健康管理学科发展的对策。The implement of heahh management standardization is the development trends of twenty-first century. However, in light of China＇s actual conditions of a low starting point, especially in the understanding of its standardiza- tion and development, health management should actively address new issues and problems arising in the course of its development, otherwise it is difficult to adapt to its own development and growing public health service needs. This thesis focuses on the analysis of health management service＇s characteristics and the law of development. Discussing the role of the heahh management development and proposing the strategy of promoting health management develop- ment on the basis of setting down its standardization.
