摘　　要：商业秘密是企业重要的无形资产,蕴含着极高的市场价值和潜在利润,其保护问题已经受到企业的高度关注。本文首先分析了商业秘密面临的安全风险,对几种传统的安全技术进行了探讨,在此基础上结合宝信的eCop-TSP产品提出一种基于企业私有云存储的实现方案,并对其中的关键技术进行了浅析。Trade secret is an important intangible？asset for enterprises, which contains high market value and potential profits. The protection of trade secret has received special attentions from enterprises. The article firstly analyses the security risk that trade secret may face, and then discusses several conventional security technologies. Based on these analysis and Baosight＇s eCop-TSP product, an implementation solution that based on enterprise private cloud storage is proposed. The key technologies are also simply analyzed.
