摘　　要：为寻求最佳土地利用结构和布局 ,实现土地利用可持续发展 ,建立了基于网络的土地利用总体规划信息管理系统。本系统不仅能满足土地利用总体规划管理在性能上的要求 ,具备存贮、查询、检索、统计、变更、分析、决策和动态监测等功能 ,而且可以实现土地资源的全社会共享。For seeking the best configuration and distribution of soil utilize, realizing persistent development of soil utilized,the information manage system of soil utilizing collectivity programming bas been set up based on network. This system not only satisfies the needs in the capability of soil utilizing collectivity programming and has the functions of store, demand, search, state, change, analysis, decision-making, but also realizes the whole society share of soil resource.
