摘  要:科技型小微企业需设计好的商业模式来获得其应有价值。基于价值创造角度,科技型小微企业商业模式设计包括价值主张、价值支撑、价值保持等3个部分的设计及后续的评估与完善。其中,价值主张设计是核心,价值支撑设计包括目标客户、渠道通路、客户关系、核心资源、关键业务、重要伙伴、收入来源和成本结构共8个要素,价值保持设计则要视各企业具体情况来确定有可能产生问题的要素和预防措施。实例应用表明,采用设计模板对价值主张、价值支撑和价值保持进行设计,并运用e3value、SWOT等方法对设计方案进行评估和完善是科学且可行的方法。A small sized high-tech enterprise should design good business model to obtain its due value. That is to describe and form the structural system of its business model, to explain how enterprises create and obtain value after defining the definition and key element of the business model. Business models may be expressed by value proposition, value support- ing and value maintaining. On the basis of discussing the relevant problem to business model design, this paper builds the framework of business model design, which can provide some references for enterprises business model design, including the four respects: value proposition design, value supporting design, value maintaining design, evaluation and redesign. The better evaluation method is eavalue and SWOT. Finally, we use the case of a corporate to examine the framework's rationality.
