摘 要:介绍后向建模和前向建模的思想,根据前向建模思想,建立基于Matlab/Simulink平台的并联式混合动力叉车前向仿真模型,详细阐述驾驶员模型、VCU模型、发动机模型、电机模型、蓄电池模型、工作装置模型和整车动力学模型。并以某并联式混合动力叉车的参数为基准,在某一实测工况下进行仿真。结果表明,前向建模思想是合理有效的,所建立的模型是正确的,叉车在行驶和工作过程中能够根据控制策略实现控制功能,与同吨位内燃叉车相比,降低了油耗,达到了节能的目的。The idea of backward-facing modeling and forward-facing modeling is introduced in here. According to forward- facing modeling idea, a forward-facing model of parallel hybrid electric forklift (PHEF) is established, which is based on platform of Matlab/Simulink. Driver model, VCU model, engine model, motor model, battery model, working device model and vehicle dynamics model are elaborated in detail. Then parameters of a certain PHEF are referred, and the model is simulated on some measured conditions. The results show that the forward-facing modeling idea is reasonable and feasible, the model is correct, and control functions of forklift are achieved. Compared with the same tonnage internal combustion forklift, the fuel consumption is reduced and energy-saving purpose is achieved.
