摘 要:汽车覆盖件具有材料薄、形状复杂、结构尺寸大和表面质量要求高等特点,所以其成形过程中的毛坯变形也很复杂,非常容易出现起皱和拉裂等成形障碍。Dynaform软件广泛应用于汽车覆盖件成形过程的仿真模拟,这明显减少了模具的开发时间、试模周期和费用。简单介绍了利用Dynaform进行汽车覆盖件冲压成形的有限元仿真模拟的一般步骤,并以某汽车前上横梁外板拉伸为例,对其成形过程进行了仿真模拟,根据模拟结果进行成形性分析,为后续的模具设计与制造提供依据。Automobile cover parts have the characteristics of thin material, complex shape, large size and high surface quality requirements, so its forming process of blank deformation is also very complex. It was easy to appear wrinkling and cracking forming obstacles and so forth. Dynaform software is widely used in the simulation of forming of automobile cover parts. It obviously reduces the mold development time, tryout cycle and cost. It briefly introduced the general steps of using Dynaform for the stamping forming of the finite element simulation of automobile cover parts. Taking the plate tensile before beam of a car as an example, the forming process was simulated, and the formability analysis was conducted according to the simulation results, which provided the basis for the subsequent mould design and manufacture.
