摘　　要：目的：探讨Ⅲ、Ⅳ期神经母细胞瘤术前强化疗配合外科手术治疗效果及预后关系。方法：２４例手术病例（其中Ⅲ期 １１例、Ⅳ期 １３例），完全切除肿瘤 １７例，术前均经过化疗 ３～４疗程，动态观察肿瘤平均缩小率为１３．３％－９４．０％。结果：平均生存期２１个月，其中４倒无瘤生存３—４年。结论：应用强化疗后延期手术，对Ⅲ期病例的完整切除，Ⅳ期病例切除原发灶，降低手术并发症，提高生存率有重要意义。Objective: To study the correlation between preoperative intensive chemotherapy, surgical operation and the prognosis in stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ neuroblastomas. Methods:Twenty - four cases of neuroblastomas received surgical operatio(11 cases of stage Ⅲ 13 of stage Ⅳ ). Seventeen cases had their tumor completely resected had a preoperative chemotherapy for 3-4 cycles. The mean tumor shrink- age rate was 13. 3 % - 94 %. Results: The mean survival term was 21 months and 4 of them had tumor free interval for 3-4 years. Conclusion: It is important that the preoperative intensive chemotherapy is beneficial to the completely resected stage Ⅲ tumor and the stage Ⅳ tumor had their primary focus removed. This treatment can reduce the postoperative complications and increase the patient's survival rate.
