摘 要:对5个不同居群光叶紫花苕的种子贮藏蛋白进行SDS-PAGE比较分析。结果表明,5个居群的光叶紫花苕的盐溶蛋白和贮藏蛋白谱带表现出丰富的多态性,分子量11.09-100.09kDa。盐溶蛋白的特征蛋白谱带共有22条,多态性条带9条,多态率40.92%;贮藏蛋白的特征蛋白谱带共有31条,其中,20条为多态性条带,多态率为65.52%。利用盐溶蛋白和贮藏蛋白的条带信息进行聚类,供试材料分为2类:西昌、盐源、普格小兴场、普格居群为1类;德昌居群为另1类。表明光叶紫花苕具有较高的遗传保守性,在不同的生态区能保持较一致的遗传性。Seed storage proteins of 5 populations lyzed by proteins var. gl shared SDS-PAGE technique.
