摘 要:目的 调查中国南、北方 2个饮砖茶型氟中毒病区居民人群总摄氟量 ,为制订砖茶含氟量卫生标准提供依据。方法 选四川省阿坝县和内蒙古陈巴尔虎旗 ,进行入户膳食调查 ;同时采集砖茶饮料和各种食物样品 ,用电极法测定氟含量。结果 病区饮水、食物氟含量均符合国家标准 ,摄氟量 90 %上以来自砖茶饮料食品。观察点居民总摄氟量成人 8.0 5~ 14.77m g/ d,儿童 2 .2 6~ 3.30 m g/ d,远远高于对照点 ,达 3.0 6~ 5 .80倍。Objective To clarify the total amount of fluoride ingested by residents living in the brick tea type fluorosis areas in the south and north of China, and to provide data for drawing up hygienic standard of brick tea fluoride.Methods Two of typical fluorosis areas were selected as observed sites in the south and north of China,respectively,which is to be located in Aba county of Sichuan province and Chenbaerhuqi county of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Then meals survey was carried out at the residents' home,and most of kinds of food which included brick tea was sampled.The fluoride contents of foods and brick teas were determined with ISE method.Results Fluoride contents of drinking water and foods in all observed sites accorded with the national standards.Total amount of fluoride ingested by residents in observed sites was 3.06~5.80 times as consumption as in control sites.Brick tea fluoride accounted for more than 90% of total amount of fluoride intake. Conclusions The excessive fluoride intake among Tibetan and Mongolia people was attributed to the beverage of brick tea which contained very high fluoride.
