摘 要:为探讨珊瑚姜精油对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性,采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析珊瑚姜精油的化学成分,生长速率法测定其对立枯丝核病菌Rhizoctonia solani Kühn、小麦赤霉病菌Fusarium gram inearum、雪腐镰刀病菌Fusarium nivale及稻瘟病菌Pyricularia oryzae的抑菌活性。结果显示:从珊瑚姜块茎提取挥发精油中分离鉴定出18种化学成分,占总挥发油的91.87%,其主要为香桧烯(54.07%)、松油烯-4-醇(23.74%)、1,4-双(甲氧基)三戊并烯(6.47%)、γ-松油烯(4.60%);精油对立枯丝核病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、雪腐镰刀病菌及稻瘟病菌具有较强的抑菌活性,EC50分别为3.64、11.20、11.33、14.19mg/L,且对立枯丝核病菌的毒力最强。研究结果为环境友好农药的开发及珊瑚姜的综合应用提供理论依据。To investigate antimicrobial activities of essential oil of Zingiber corollinum Hance against phytopathogenic, fungi, the essential oil hydrodistillated was analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Using microbial growth inhibition assays in vitro, the oil was tested for fungitoxic effects against 4 phytopathogenic fungi, which were Rhizoctonia sol(mi Kuihn, Fusarium gram ittearum, k)t.sarium niv(de, Pvricularia oryzae. Eighteen differenl eomponents representing 91.87% of the compounds in the oil were identified. Sabinene (54.07%), 1-Terpinen-4-ol (23.74%), Triquinacene, l,4-bis(methoxy)- (6.47%) and -Terpinen (4.60%) were found to be predominant components. The oil exhibited considerable antifungal activity against tested fungi, median effectively lethal concentration (EC^j) of the oil against 4 phytopathogenic fungi were 3.64, 11.20, 11.33, 14.19 rag/L, respectively, and it was most significantly toxic against Rhizoctonia soltmi Ktihn. The research results provided theoretical basis fur the development of enviromment friendly pesticide and eomprehensive application of Zingiber cordliltum Hance.
