摘 要:调查发现,西藏农牧区中小学学生逃学情况严重:逃学人数多、逃学想法强烈、逃学经历频繁,极大地影响着西藏教育的可持续发展。调查数据表明,学生逃学想法与性别、住读/走读方式、年龄显著相关,与家庭居住地不存在相关性;学生逃学经历在不同年龄段上有差异,而在家庭居住地、性别、住读还是走读方面没有差异,年龄是影响中小学生逃学的重要原因。根据学生年龄特点提供与其生活世界相统一的学校教育应是巩固学生在校率的对策之一。The dropout of primary and middle school students in Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areas has become a serious problem, large number of dropouts, strong intention of truancy, and high frequency of truancy, which extremely influenced the sustainable development of education in Tibet. The analysis shows that students' intentions of truancy have significant difference on students' genders and their ways to attend school (in-campus or out of campus), but have no difference about the places where their families are living. Their experiences of truancy have differences in different age groups but have no difference on the family residence places, genders and their ways to attend school. It indicates that age is the crucial reason for students' truancy. Providing suitable school education for students in different age groups by their age characteristics is an appropriate solution to consolidate school retention.
