摘  要:从多种植物叶片内分离、纯化出31株植物内生真菌,活性筛选表明分离自健康水稻叶片内生真菌Bo-1菌的乙酸乙酯粗提物对水稻白叶枯病菌具有较强的抑菌活性。当供试浓度为100μg/mL时,Bo-1菌乙酸乙酯粗提物对水稻白叶枯病菌抑菌圈为22.4 mm,与同浓度的氯霉素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌效果相当。通过形态学特征观察和ITS rDNA测序分析,Bo-1菌被鉴定为淡色生赤壳菌(Bionectria ochroleuca)。抗菌谱实验表明,Bo-1菌对多种细菌类病原体具有较强的拮抗能力。31 strains were isolated and purified from endophytic fungi of various plant leaves, and activity screening suggested that ethyl acetate crude extracts of an endophytic fungal strain Bo-1 among them from healthy paddy rice leaves possessed fairly strong bacteriostatic activity against white leaf blight ( Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae) ( Xoo). When the tested concentration was at 100 μg/mL, the inhibition circle of strain Bo-1 against Xoo was 22.4 ram, which was equal to inhibition effect of chloramphenicol of the same concentration on Xoo. Strain Bo-1 was initially identified as Bionectria ochroleuca through morphological features and ITS rDNA sequence analyses. The results of antimicrobial spectrum experiments Bo-1 demonstrated that it had fairly strong antagonistic ability against various bacterial pathogens.
