正畸治疗加力对不同年龄组患者龈沟液PGE2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的明确青少年和成年人的龈沟液前列腺素E2水平是否在正畸加力过程中呈现不同的反应。方法患者分为两组,包括21位青少年(青少年组)和22位成年人(成年组)。实验牙为右侧上颌侧切牙,在加75 g力后在基线、第2、9、14、28天取龈沟液并测定前列腺素E2浓度。结果成年组的基线前列腺素E2水平高于青少年组。在牙齿移动期间,青少年组的前列腺素E2水平在第2、9、14天高于基线水平,而成年组在各时间点差异无统计学意义。结论青少年患者的龈沟液PGE2水平在牙齿移动时波动幅度要明显大于成年患者,这一特点可能为选择有效的正畸治疗始动时机提供依据。Objective To study whether gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） levels in adolescents and adults respond differently during orthodontic tooth treatment. Methods Two groups, one with 21 ad- olescents and the other with 22 adults, were recruited in the study. GCF was collected at the fight maxillary lateral inci- sor at baseline, day 2, day 9, day 14 and day 28, and was analyzed for PGE2, while a 75 gram force was applied to the tooth. Results Adults showed higher PGE2 levels than adolescents at baseline. For the adolescent group, PGE2 lev- els were elevated on day 2, day 9, day 14, but returned to baseline on day 28. For the adults group, PGE2 levels showed no statistically significant changes at different time points. Conclusion GCF PGE2 levels are more respon- sive to orthodontic forces and may be used as a basis for the timing of force application.
