摘　　要：正义首要性思想不仅是贯穿罗尔斯《正义论》全书的要义,而且也是罗尔斯极力维护的核心概念。那么,正义为什么是现代民主条件下社会制度的首要价值(证明和确立),如何系统表达和阐释这一理论(表达与秩序),如何确保这一理论的有效运用(应用与发展),用批判与建构的方法,以罗尔斯的"主体观念"为基本分析线索,以"权利优先于善"为根本分析对象,用"道德"(或"意志")与"基础"(或"认知)的二元结构,如主体、契约、自我、选择等来解构罗尔斯的正义首要性思想,可对当前我国社会公平正义的构建提供理论借鉴。The theory of primacy of justice is not only the essence of Rawls ＂theory of justice＂ throughout the book A Theory of Justice, but also the core beliefs for Rawls to defend. By using the method of criticism and construction, this paper took Rawls＇ ＂main idea＂ as the basic clue and ＂rights prior to the good＂ as the basic object of analysis, and used the dual structure of ＂moral＂ （or ＂will＂） and ＂base＂ （or ＂ognitive＂） to deconstruct the primacy of justice in order to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of China＇s social fairness and justice.
