超声造影诊断子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度的临床诊断价值。方法:对40例诊刮确诊为子宫内膜癌的患者进行超声造影检查,判断其肌层浸润程度,与术后病理结果进行对照。结果:超声造影对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度的诊断总符合率80.0%(32/40);其中Ⅰa期符合率80%(4/5),Ⅰb期符合率77.8%(14/18),Ⅰc期符合率82.4%(14/17),超声造影与病理检查结果存在高度一致性(P<0.01)。结论:超声造影对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度的判断有极高的临床价值。Objective： To explore the clinical diagnostic value of contrast - enhanced ultrasound in the preoperative evaluation endometrial car cinoma. Methods：Forty patients with endometrial carcinoma that were confirmed by pathological examination after diagnostic curettage underwent rea - time gray scale contrast - enhanced ultrasound examination. And the results were compared with postoperative pathological examination results. Results ： Contrast - enhanced ultrasound myometrial invasion of the overall diagnostic accuracy was 80.0% （32/40）, the endometrial carcinoma were divided into stsge I a accuracy was 80.0% （4/5）, the endometrial carcinoma were divided into stsge I b accuracy was 77.8% （ 14/18 ）, the endometrial carcinoma were divided into stsge I c accuracy was 82.4% （ 14/17 ）. Contrast - enhanced ultrasound exist in the consistency with pathological examination in the myometrial invasion degree of endometrial cancer （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Contrast - enhanced ultrasound has a most imporanmt value in judging the myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma.
