摘　　要：目的:探讨Propex根管测量仪在根管治疗中测定根管长度的准确性。方法:选择130例根管治疗术患者157颗患牙293个根管,以Propex测量牙齿操作长度。按此长度预备并充填根管,即刻拍摄X线片,观察并测量根管充填情况。结果:使用Propex根管长度测量仪对不同牙髓状态、不同牙位根管测量,准确率可达89.76%。结论:Propex根管长度测量仪测量准确性较高,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To evaluate the accuracy of the Propex apex locator in canal working length measurement. Methods ： Two hundred and ninety three root canals from 130 patients （ 157 teeth） were selected. Working length of each root canal was measured by Propex, and instrumentation and obturation were performed according to the working length. The accuracy was evaluated by radiological observation. Results： In measuring the working length of different tooth conditions and locations, the average accuracy of Propex measurement was high to 89.76%. Conclusion：The Propex apex locator can measure root canal length accurately and is significant in clinic.
