摘 要:针对电动车桥中电机控制系统开发困难的问题,提出了一种基于转速环、电流环双闭环PI控制的电动车桥驱动控制策略。以电动车桥的核心驱动部件——永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,利用软件Matlab/Simulink建立基于双闭环PI控制的仿真控制系统,并在此基础上以单片机STM8S105S4为中央处理器开发了电动车桥驱动控制系统。试验测得稳定转速与目标转速相接近,说明采用的控制策略的可行性。In order to solve the problem of difficulty in developing motor control system for the electric vehicle axle, this paper presents a drive control strategy of the electric axle based on the PI control of a double close loop of speed and current. For the core drive part of the electric vehicle axle, a research subject of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor, a simulation control system based on the double close loop PI control is established by using the Matlab/Simulink software. On this basis, the STM8S105S4 single-chip is used as the central processor to develop a drive control system of the electric axle. In the experiment, the tested stable rotary speed is much close to the target rotary speed , indicating that it is feasible to adopt the control strategy.
