摘  要:运用ADAMS/CAR建立重型汽车空气悬架模型和整车多体动力学模型,并对该车驾驶员处和鞍座处进行平顺性仿真分析。以驾驶员处和鞍座处加权加速度均方根为目标函数,以空气悬架弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼为试验因子,利用多目标优化软件ISIGHT进行多目标分析,获取最优参数。仿真分析结果表明,采用优化后的悬架参数可使驾驶员处以及鞍座处的舒适程度得到提高。In the article, the air suspension model of heavy truck and the multimode dynamics model of the whole vehicle is established. Then the simulation analysis for the driver's and the saddle's department in the car is conducted by using the driver's and the saddle department's root mean square value of weighted acceleration as the objective function and using the air suspension spring's stiffness and the shock absorber damping as the trial's factor. Additionally, ISIGHT which is the multi-objective optimization software is used for multi-objective analysis to obtain optimal parameters which bring into the model to conduct the simulation analysis. The result of the simulation analysis shows that the suspension parameter optimized can make the driver and the saddle's department more comfortable.
