摘　　要：高校国有资产管理中存在的突出问题主要有:存量不清;账实、账账不符;配置不合理,使用效率低下;产权关系不清;国有资产流失严重等。创新国有资产管理方式,把资产管理与学校发展目标相结合,把实物管理与价值管理紧密结合,把资产管理与资产监督相结合,把资产管理的制度建设和制度落实紧密结合,推进高校国有资产精细化管理。The major problems of the university＇s management of state assets include unclear stock, the dis- agreement between the real stock and the account statement, unreasonable configuration, inefficient use, unclear property rights, and serious loss of state assets. Innovate state-owned assets management, combine the asset manage- ment with school development goals, combine the physical management with value management closely, combine the asset management with asset supervision, and combine the asset management system construction with the imple- mentation of the systems, thus promoting the university＇s state -owned assets meticulous management.
