摘  要:文章利用ADAMS/Car建立考虑高度控制阀的某种重型卡车空气悬架和整车多体动力学仿真模型,采用试验设计技术(DOE)设计试验方案,以悬架元件刚度、阻尼为试验因子,以驾驶员座椅处的加权加速度均方根函数为目标函数进行试验,通过响应曲面法对试验数据进行拟合,得到了目标函数与试验因子之间的关系表达式和悬架系统的最优参数。仿真结果表明采用优化后的悬架参数可使驾驶员舒适度得到提高。To be closer to real air suspension model, an air suspension with height control valve based on ADAMS/Car, as well as a multi-body dynamic model, is designed for heavy truck. The experiment scheme is designed based on design of experiments(DOE). By taking the rigidity and damp of suspen- sion as experiment factors, and using weighted acceleration root-mean-square value function at the driver's seat as target function, the experiment is carried out. The function expression of target func- tion and experiment factor is acquired by fitting experimental data with the response surface methodol- ogy. Then, the obtained optimal parameters of suspension system are Substituted into the model. The results indicate that optimized suspension parameters can improve driver's ride comfort.
