摘　　要：随着大学生恋爱现象的日趋普遍,培养大学生健康的恋爱心理成为大学生心理健康教育的重要方面。因此,探析大学生的恋爱心理,及时调节大学生恋爱的心理偏差,培养大学生积极的恋爱心态,已经成为当前高校心理健康教育亟须关注和解决的问题之一,对于树立大学生正确的恋爱观,加强大学生心理健康教育,具有积极的现实意义。本文选取辽宁省某高校的部分学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,对当前大学生的恋爱心理进行了详细调查。结果表明:多元、复杂的恋爱心理,是当前大学生出现心理偏差的重要原因之一。培养大学生健康的恋爱心理的对策主要包括:(1)引导大学生树立正确的恋爱观;(2)提高大学生的恋爱抗挫折能力;(3)加强大学生心理健康教育;(4)营造良好的校园文化环境。Nowadays, the phenomenon of college students＇ love is more and more common, so cultivating a healthy psychology of love has become an important aspect of college students＇psychological health educa- tion. Thus exploring the college students＇ psychology of love, regulating their psychological deviation of love and cultivating college students＇positive love attitude have become an urgent problem to be solved in present college psychological health education, which is of positive importance to strengthen college students＇ psychological health education. This thesis, taking some college students in Liaoning province as the tested and taking questionaires, investigates the love psychology of present college students in detail. The results show： At present, the psychology of college students＇ love is multiple and complex, which is one of the important causes of college students psychological deviation. So we should explore the counter- measures of cultivating college students＇ healthy love psychology. Firstly, guide College Students to es- tablish a correct view of love. Secondly, improve the ability of resisting frustration of College Students＇ love. Thirdly, strengthen the psychological health education of College Students. At last, create the good cultural environment on the campus.
