摘　　要：借鉴能力成熟度理论提出了供应链知识管理能力成熟度,并用其度量供应链知识管理水平。从供应链知识管理的基础设施支撑能力、组织结构支撑能力、企业文化支撑能力、知识获取能力、知识组织能力、知识转移能力和知识应用能力等7个方面出发,构建了供应链知识管理能力成熟度评价指标体系。基于语言评价信息的改进AHP—FUZZY方法对供应链知识管理能力成熟度进行评价,最后通过实例,说明该方法的有效性、实用性。Knowledge management based on supply chain has become one of the key factors to im-prove the overall operational efficiency and competitiveness of the supply chain. The maturity of capability in supply chain knowledge management is proposed in accordance with pertinent theo- ries and it is applied into the evaluation of supply chain knowledge management. The evaluation indexes are set in terms of the supporting capabilities in infrastructure, organizational structure and enterprise culture, and the capabilities to acquire, organize, convert and apply knowledge. Based on the improved AHP-FUZZY method of linguistic assessment information, evaluation is made on the maturity of capability in supply chain knowledge management. Examples are cited to illustrate the effectiveness and practical use of the method.
