摘　　要：从海洋生物活性化合物数据库的国内外开发现状、信息来源和采集、数据库的构建和检索方式4个方面进行了分析、研究和总结。将检索出的化合物按结构、活性、来源进行分类,构建了信息详细的专业化海洋生物活性分子数据库。The database of marine bioactive compounds was analyzed, investigated and summa- rized in this paper from the viewpoint of current development status, information searching and gathering, database construction and retrieval mode. The marine bioactive compounds were clas-sified in terms of compound structure, bioactivity and source, based on which the detailed profes-sional database of marine bioactive compounds was constructed.
