摘  要:学生的职业素养纳入职业院校课程工作目标,同专业技能、专业知识同等重要的程度。从学生和课程两个角度探讨了三者并举的教学策略,指出适合学生的课堂教学策略会引起学生的积极参与,多层次项目的设计使学生熟练技能操作和运用专业知识解决问题,5S管理标准引导学生按照企业的工作模式完成任务,养成良好的职业素养。For occupational colleges, student professionalism was as important as professional skills and professional knowledge, considered as a very important curriculum. Teaching strategies of developing professionalism, professional skill and professional knowledge simultaneously were discussed from both sides of students and currieulums. Suitable classroom teaching strategies can attract students' participation in class, multi - level program design can develop students' ability of skilled operation and the ability of using professional knowledge to solve practical problems, 5S management standards can guide students to do their job in accordance with enterprises code so as to develop students' good professional qualities.
