摘　　要：文章介绍了内蒙古煤炭资源在全国能源中的重要地位,剖析了内蒙古煤炭产业集群发展现状,并就全球价值链嵌入视角下内蒙古煤炭产业集群升级目标与升级类型进行了探讨。The article introduced the important position about inner mongoia caol resources in our country＇s energy, analyzes the development status of Inner Mongolia coal industrial clus- ter, at the same time, discusses inner mongolia coal industrial cluster upgrading target and upgrading types from the per- spective of global value chain embeddedness.
