摘 要:基于一种粒子速度、浓度可调的高浓度粒子侵蚀发动机,针对多向编织C/C复合材料开展2次粒子侵蚀实验,获得粒子直接撞击模式下C/C材料的烧蚀性能和微观形貌。实验结果表明,高浓度粒子侵蚀发动机可以用于预示全尺寸发动机潜入段的烧蚀环境;粒子侵蚀后的C/C材料部分径向纤维顶端呈现明显的断裂形貌,纤维束出现孔和开槽,整体形貌不再连续一致;轴棒表面出现大小不同的凹坑,形成基体高于单丝的微观孔穴形貌;颗粒速度和浓度是影响C/C材料烧蚀的重要因素,速度越高,浓度越大会导致粒子侵蚀更加严重。Based on ablation experimental motor which can regulate the values of high partical concentration, partical impact ve- locity and partical impact angle, two experimental investigations were conducted on the ablation of multi-directional C/C composites material , and the SEM photos of the C/C material were obtained. The results illustrate that the high overload ablation engine of high concentration particals can simulate the erosion environment in submerged nozzle of full-scale rocket motor. The radial portion of the fiber bundles exhibits obvious fracture morphology, and the whole topography is no longer consistent after the erosion. There are dif- ferent sizes of pits on the shaft rod surface from the SEM photos to form the micro cavity morphology that the substrates are higher than monofilaments. Results show that partical concentration and velocity are the most important factors of C/C material erosion, the higher partical concentration and velocity ,the worse erosion results.
