吉非替尼与托瑞米芬在肺癌治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的旨在分析吉非替尼与托瑞米芬在肺癌治疗中的临床价值。方法选取在我院进行治疗的肺癌患者87例,随机分为两组,分别使用吉非替尼与托瑞米芬。结果吉非替尼治疗肺癌的有效率高于托瑞米芬,两组之间不良反应无统计学差异。结论吉非替尼能较托瑞米芬有效地治疗肺癌。Objective To analyze the clinical value of gefitinib and toremifene in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 87 pa- tients with lung cancer in our hospital from December 2009 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups randomly, which were treated with gefitinib and toremifene respectively. Results The efficiency of gefitinib was better than toremifene, and there was no statistical difference on adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Gefitinib can treat patients with lung cancer efficiently.
