民族院校维稳工作机制探析

摘　　要：分析了当前民族院校维稳工作面临的挑战与问题,在提出民族院校维稳工作机制构建原则的基础上,从制度管理、应急预警、校园文化、服务保障以及教育内容等方面构建了民族院校维稳工作机制,促进民族院校的稳定和谐发展。This paper analyzes the current challenges and problems of stability of ethnic universi- ties and colleges. Based on the construction principles of stability mechanism of ethnic universi- ties and colleges, this paper constructs stability mechanism of ethnic universities and colleges from such aspects as system management, emergency preparedness and response, campus cul- ture, service guarantee, education content, etc. The mechanism can promote the stable and harmonious development of ethnic universities and colleges.
