云时代的唐山市信息资源环境优化研究

摘　　要：通过对唐山市信息资源分布的统计和分析,得出唐山市信息资源分布特点;并对云时代信息资源发展的契机和条件进行了讨论,针对唐山市信息资源环境,从政策法规、资源提供个体和技术承担个体等方面进行优化研究。In this paper the characteristics of information resource distribution of Tangshan City were obtained based on the statistics and analysis of the distribution of information resources of Tangshan City, and the opportunities and conditions for the development of the information resources in the cloud era were discussed. Finally, the optimization environment for information resources in Tangshan City were studied from the aspects of the policies and regulations, resources to provide individual and technology takes individual, etc.
