摘　　要：从历史研究的视角,运用文献研究方法分析了上海早期电力产业的发展状况、中外资本家对电业工人的严苛管理与剥削以及上海早期电业工人队伍为生存而进行的抗争,认为早期电业工人自身的局限性是制约其斗争成效的主因,而中国共产党卓有成效的组织工作提升了电业工人的阶级觉悟和斗争组织水平,对电业工人的斗争与电业工人的成长起到了积极作用。From a historical perspective and by using the literature research method, this paper try to analyze the de- velopment situation of Shanghai electric power industry, the early Chinese and foreign capitalists＇ exploitation and strict management to the electrical workers as well as early Shanghai electrical workers struggle for survival. This pa- per holds that the early electric workers＇ limitations are the main reason to restrict its struggle process, and the CPC＇ very fruitful organization improves electrical workers＇ class consciousness and Organized struggle, it plays a positive role on the struggle and electrical workers＇ development.
