基于特许经营模式的高职大学生创新创业路径研究

摘　　要：在就业压力日益增加和国家相关政策的支持下,越来越多的大学生选择了自主创业。特许经营凭借其独特的经营优势成为很多有志之士创业的有效途径。以高职院校工商管理类学生的专业特点为基础,分析了高职大学生选择特许经营创业模式的可行性和优势,详细剖析了创业成功的关键因素,并对企业未来的可持续性发展在品牌、技术、核心竞争力方面提出了建议。With the increasing employment pressure and the support of the relevant policies from Chinese government, more and more college students have chosen to start up their own business. Franchising has become a good choice for many of the college students with its unique advantage in management. Based on the feature of specialty of higher vocational colleges students majoring in business administration, this paper analyzes the feasibility and advantage for higher vocational college students to choose franchising mode to start up their＇business, expounds in details the key for success in starting up a business and advances some suggestions on how to realize sustainable development in these enterprises from aspects of brand, technology, core competitiveness, etc.
