摘　　要：从中国南海海泥中分离出一株霉菌（编号为Ｍ１８２），经初步鉴定为青霉（Ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍ ｓｐ．）．该菌株所产生的广谱抗生素，对细菌、酵母及丝状真菌均有抑制作用。A strain of marine mould able to produce a broad spectrum antibiotic has been isolated from the sediment collected from the South China Sea. It is designated as the strain M182 and initially identified as Penicillium sp. The crude extract of the antibiotic produced by this mould is able to inhibit the growth of certain bacteria, yeasts and molds tested.
