应用型本科院校大学生实践能力培养机制初探

摘　　要：加强大学生实践能力培养,是大力提升应用型本科院校人才培养质量的中心环节,更是涉及到高校多环节、多阶段、多部门的系统工程,可从"双网络"实践教学基地、"双主线"实践教学体系、"双依托"实践教学平台、"双能型"实践教学师资队伍的构建入手,完善实践能力培养体系的整体规划,确保资金、设备、人员和制度等方面的保障支持,真正做到以学生为本,从根本上推动应用型本科院校内涵式发展。Strengthening the cultivation of college students＇ practical ability is a central part of improving the quality of personnel training in application-oriented undergraduate universities,and a systematic project,which involves many aspects.This paper approaches the subject from different aspects of practice teaching bases,teaching system,teaching platforms as well as teaching training.And on this basis,application-oriented undergraduate universities urgent need to form a complete sound,multifunctional,integrated planning,offer much support in many respects such as capital,equipments,staff,mechanism,in order to fundamentally push application-oriented undergraduate universities into the period of connotative development.
