摘 要:目的建立不同剂型保健品中(片剂样品、粉末状样品及油状样品)番茄红素的提取方法,同时采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。方法样品用水溶解破膜,以三氯甲烷提取,处理过程中加入维生素C及焦性没食子酸抗氧化,用HPLC测定番茄红素的含量。结果该法的线性范围为0.01~10.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.999 7,检测限为0.005 mg/L,含微胶囊的片剂,粉状,油状样及不含微胶囊的油状样品平均加标回收率分别为91.4%、96.3%、89.8%和101.8%,平均相对标准偏差分别为3.59%、3.17%、4.87%和2.86%。结论该法操作简单,提取效率高,能有效降低前处理过程中氧化损失,是一种测定保健品中的番茄红素的可靠方法。[ Objective ] To establish a method for extraction and determination of lycopene in the health foods ( in tablet, powder and oily) by HPLC. [ Methods ] The lycopene was extracted with chloroform, after microcapsule membrane was ruptured by water. Vitamin C and pyrogallic sub acid were added for anti-oxidant during the whole process. Lycopene content was determined by HPLC. [ Results] The linear range of this method was 0.01-10.0 mg/L, r = 0. 999 7. The detection limit of lycopene was 0. 005 mg/L, The average recoveries of tablet, powder, oily, oily without microcapsules were 91.4%, 96.3%, 89.8% and 101.8%, and the RSD was 3.59%, 3.17%, 4.87% and 2.86%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable in determination of lycopene in the health foods with high extraction efficiency and less oxidation loss in pre-treatment process.
