摘　　要：目的:探讨Onyx-18介入栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析15例采用Onyx-18血管内栓塞治疗的脑动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,对栓塞结果进行分析,总结经验。结果:15例患者中,畸形血管团栓塞60%以上13例,其中8例治愈性栓塞,60%以下2例。15例中1例患者于术中颅内出血。5例术后3个月复查,其中1例复发。结论:Onyx-18是目前治疗脑动静脉畸形较为理想的栓塞材料,能提高血管内栓塞安全性。Objective： To explore applied value of embolic treatment for cerebral arteriovenous malformation with Onyx-18 glue.Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation were embolismed with Onyx18.Analyzed the out come sumed up experience.Results： In 15 patients,vascular malformation embolization up to 60% of 13 cases,including 8 cases of embolized completely,less than 60% of 2 cases.Intracerebral hemarrhage was complicated in one case during the operation.3 months later,5 cases reviewed,1 case of recurrence.Conclusion： Onyx-18 is ideal embolic material of cerebral arteriovenous malformation,can enhance security of embolization.
