摘　　要：高职生软实力的提升关系到高职人才培养质量的高低。党组织是高职院校的政治核心,党建工作为高职人才的培养提供方向指引、政治保障、组织支持和思想保证。为切实提升高职生软实力,推进高职院校办学质量和人才培养工作水平跃上新台阶,必须创新党建工作模式和工作路径,完善学生党员考评机制。The improvement of vocational college students＇ soft power is related to the quality of personnel training. Party organization is the political core of vocational colleges, and it provides orientation, political guarantee, organizational supports and ideological means for the cultivation of vocational college students. To promote voca- tional college students＇ soft power, reinforce the quality of schools and students＇ capacity, it is important to establish the mode of Party organization and its working route, improve the evaluation system of student Party members.
