摘　　要：目的:了解衢州市基层医疗机构骨科护士艾滋病职业暴露防护认知状况,指导有关部门开展培训教育。方法:对衢州地区不同级别的122名骨科护士进行问卷调查。结果:在HIV感染者用过的锐器传递等3个问题,一级及以下医院低于三级医院(P<0.05)。在粘膜HIV暴露后处理、预防性用药和HIV抗体监测3个问题,二级及以下医院均低于三级医院(P<0.05),一级及以下医院在粘膜HIV暴露后处理和预防性用药2个问题上低于二级医院(P<0.05)。结论:针对近年来开放性骨折患者增多的趋势,为减少艾滋病职业暴露,需要加强对基层医院,特别是二级医院、乡镇卫生院与私立骨伤科医院骨科护士的培训。[ Objective ] To grasp the orthopaedic nurses＇ cognition situation of occupational exposure protection to AIDS in the primary medical institutions in Quzhou. [Method] Questionnaire survey was carried out among 122 orthopaedic nurses of differ- ent levels in Quzhou. [Result] The rate of the first - class or lower hospitails are lower than the third- class ones （P〈 0.05） when concerning the cognition of uansferring of sharp instrument from HIV infected person. The rate of the second - class or lower hospitals are lower than the third - class ones （P 〈 0.05） when concerning mucosa processing after exposing to HIV, pre- ventive medicine taking, and HIV antibody testing. The rate of the third- class or lower hospitals are lower than the second- class ones （P 〈 0.05） concerning mucosa processing after exposing to HIV and preventive medicine taking. [ Coadusian] As the increasing in patients with open fyactures, it＇s necessary to provide tmLffmg to orthopaedic nurses in pfanary hospitals, espe- ciaUy in the second- class hospitals, township hospitals, and private orthopaedic hospitals to decrease HIV occupational expo- sure.
